Our Story

Richardson & Wrench Umina Beach is located on the main street of Umina Beach at 198 West Street, we are situated on the fringe of the shopping strip, allowing easy parking and access for our strong buyer and rental enquiry in Umina Beach and the Peninsula area.
Our local Richardson & Wrench team is one of the most experienced on the Central Coast Peninsula with over 60 years worth of combined local real estate knowledge. Our completely local & multi award winning sales team, comprises of Sales Principal John Carey, Licensed Sales Manager Phil McCord, Licensed Sales Executive Scott Wilson, Licensed Sales Executive Damien McPherson, Sales Executive Paul Climpson, Sales Executive Christine Beach, Sales Executive Francois Duverge, Sales Assistant Elli James and Office Administrator Stephanie Thom on the front desk.
Our Principal Property Manager Joel Fletcher, Property Manager Loren Savage, Leasing Manager Kristy-Lee Bloomfield and Property Management Administrator Jenni Walton are running the best Property Management team on the Peninsula without a doubt.

At Richardson & Wrench Umina Beach we recognise that our market place is constantly changing, with less than half of the property purchasers being locals, the majority coming from Sydney, its surrounding suburbs and the Western suburbs. This is no surprise as the Central Coast Peninsula is just over 1 hour from the Sydney CBD and is surrounded by picturesque waterways and mountainous National Parks, boasting superb facilities and attractions, with the real estate still very reasonably priced, compared to its neighbouring Sydney suburbs.
