Scott never gave up on selling my apartment, which was on the market for a full year. There was plenty of competition from other units for sale in the same building, but this did not seem to perturb him in his efforts in marketing my property. Scott has provided excellent service from end to end, including friendly open discussion about the merits of the property, assisting us with relevant market information as negotiations progressed, clear and reliable communication during the negotiation phase, and finally after price had been agreed, facilitating engagement with the property management department of his agency to help us understand what our options are. One example of exceptional service involving arranging access to the property at short notice, on a Sunday! This was done in a friendly, straightforward manner with no-fuss. My sister and I had a very delicate and huge responsibility to make sure our elderly parents (one with Dementia) were able to be relocated to an area and home that they could be happy with for the rest of their days. Paul's patience, tolerance and professionalism were second to none. To whom it may concern,
I live in Queensland and I have had Joel as my Property Manager for a rental property of mine in Umina Beach New South Wales for 7 years.
As you can imagine living in Queensland and having a rental in another state presents its own difficulties.
I have nothing but praise for Joel and his team and would recommend them to anyone requiring Property Management.
Joel was only ever a phone-call or text away and promptly returned calls and answered questions effectively. A lot of anxious moments were relieved by Joel and I was always given a clear understanding of what was happening with the property and options available.
I was always kept up to date with inspections, maintenance and growth in the area. Advice given was clear and concise and knowledge based.
Joel was always there to offer help and support. Joel certainly made living in another state and not being close by when things happened much easier and a load off my mind as I could rely on him to sort things out if needed.

I bought a property in Umina Beach in 2005. Until Joel became the property manager on this
Investment I had no idea how professional and thorough a property manager could be. I had been through a few property managers who passed the buck onto the previous one whenever I had issues about tenants, communication and maintenance.

Once Joel took on my property, he maintained regular inspections, communicated with me regularly with updates and insights and even offered his personal opinion and gave good, practical advice based on his wealth of experience in real estate and his knowledge of the local area.

Such has been my/our experience with Joel as property manager that when came time to re-invest, our primary motivation for re investing in Umina Beach again was Joel Fletcher. An investment which goes to our long-term security, and which we do not live near, could only be trusted to Joel as far as we were concerned. From the moment we exchanged on the new investment property Joel was on the case, ensuring we were taking all necessary measures to ensure the letting of the property happened swiftly and smoothly.

With a great advertising campaign leading up to the property exchange, and after
Successfully getting 2 large groups of interested parties through (with owners still living in the house) and a vigilant selection criterion, I had a tenant ready to move in the day the owners moved out.

Things didnt go to plan when the owners left the home in a substandard level of hygiene BUT that is when Joels networking and hyper vigilance really kicked in. He liaised with the tenant and subsequently had a team of cleaners, carpet washers, lawn maintenance tradesman, as well as the water efficiency and smoke alarm servicemen over within 48 hours. The tenant moved in to a clean and well-presented home within 3 days. His diligence and work ethic make him a stand-out. We find him to be genuine, candid and direct, thorough and reliable and I cannot speak highly enough of Joel Fletcher.
